Hi... Don't know if you know this or not but if your husband is bi-polar he can get disability. I am bi-polar and have been on disability for about 4 years.
don't know if this helps but I figure it won't hurt to bring the issue up.

I need help getting dentures. I'm disabled and the money I get
puts me below the poverty level. I inherited my fathers bad
teeth, it seems. I've been told that it will take about $3000
to get me a full set of dentures (I have a lot of teeth broken
off at the gums). This is money I don't have and I really need
some help.
I don't mind paying the money back as long as you don't mind
